January is around the corner which means new insurance plans, new deductibles, and new copays.

Please let us know if you’ve had or will have any changes in insurance coverage. If you are changing insurance and you do not have the new insurance information, you may need to call back on the first of the year when your new insurance information is available. Our insurance team can not verify future coverage without an ID card.
If you are scheduled for a procedure or surgery after the first of the year and your insurance is changing, this may affect your coverage. Please make sure to relay this information to one of our phone operators. You can also send us a message through your patient portal.
